1、湖北中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文鼠麴草提取物提取工藝及其質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究姓名:王琴申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):中藥學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師:盧金清20120517摘要鼠麴草為菊科鼠麴草屬植物鼠麴草GnaphaliumaffineD.Don的干燥全草,具有止咳化痰、清熱解毒的功效,鼠麴草中主要含有黃酮、揮發(fā)油、苷類、氨基酸、淀粉、豆甾醇等化學(xué)成分。鼠麴草提取物是鼠麴草藥材經(jīng)提取制備的干燥粉末狀物質(zhì),主要有效物質(zhì)為黃酮類化合物。本課題對(duì)鼠麴草提取物制備工藝,原藥材及其提取物的含量測(cè)定,提取物的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和初步穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了較系統(tǒng)的研究。采用L9(34)正交試驗(yàn)的方法,優(yōu)選最佳工藝,對(duì)溶劑濃度、用量、提取次數(shù)以
2、及提取時(shí)間進(jìn)行考察,通過對(duì)綜合指標(biāo)的分析,獲得了提取工藝相關(guān)的技術(shù)參數(shù),方法簡(jiǎn)便、穩(wěn)定、易行,適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。采用高效液相色譜法,以木犀草素為指標(biāo)成分,對(duì)鼠麴草原藥材及其提取物進(jìn)行了含量測(cè)定。方法學(xué)考察的結(jié)果表明該法準(zhǔn)確可靠,重現(xiàn)性好,建立了鼠麴草原藥材及其提取物的含量測(cè)定方法。采用薄層層析法對(duì)鼠麴草提取物進(jìn)行了定性鑒別,采用紫外分光光度法以及高效液相色譜法分別對(duì)其總黃酮含量以及木犀草素含量進(jìn)行定量檢測(cè),并對(duì)鼠麴草提取物的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了初步考察,對(duì)鼠麴草提取物性狀、薄層鑒別、檢查、含量測(cè)定等項(xiàng)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,建立了鼠麴草提取物的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過對(duì)鼠麴草提取物的研究,為鼠麴草的

7、oftheeffectivesubstanceoftheoriginal¨medicinalherbsanditSextractivewaSdeterminedbyHPLC,USingtheluteolinasthereferencesubstance.Theexperimentsshowedthatthismethodwasaccurate,reliableandStabi1ity.TheHPLCmethodwasestablishedtodeterminethecontentoftheShuQucaoorigi
