2、興的傳媒方式爭奪市場，還要不斷擴(kuò)大對市場的影響力，依靠的是競爭戰(zhàn)略和核心競爭力的擁有。本文通過文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查、信息搜尋、因特網(wǎng)和傳統(tǒng)檢索手段對核心競爭力以及報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)核心競爭力進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的研究，并將其延伸到內(nèi)蒙古日報(bào)傳媒集團(tuán)這一具體的報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)，主要采取實(shí)證分析與規(guī)范分析相結(jié)合的方法。對內(nèi)蒙古日報(bào)傳媒集團(tuán)內(nèi)外環(huán)境的分析，通過層次分析法確定模糊評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的權(quán)重，進(jìn)而利用模糊綜合評價(jià)法對它的核心競爭力進(jìn)行評價(jià)，結(jié)合核心競爭力的培育過程、我國報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及內(nèi)蒙古日報(bào)傳媒集團(tuán)的自身?xiàng)l件，得出塑造和提升內(nèi)蒙古日報(bào)傳
