7、A攻讀學(xué)位期間所發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)論文......................................................49II萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要光伏并網(wǎng)微逆變器系統(tǒng)由于具有效率高、體積小、功耗低、可靠性高、升壓比高、壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),目前已廣泛應(yīng)用于家庭住宅及小型電站中。但由于其工作在大電流的開關(guān)狀態(tài)下,電磁兼容(ElectromagneticCompatibility,EMC)性問(wèn)題相當(dāng)突出。傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)理念已無(wú)法適應(yīng)用電設(shè)備高轉(zhuǎn)換效率、低待機(jī)損耗、低電磁干擾(ElectromagneticInterfe
8、rence,EMI)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),這就造成了EMC問(wèn)題以及由其引發(fā)的一系列電路穩(wěn)定性問(wèn)題,這將成為光伏并網(wǎng)微逆變器設(shè)計(jì)工作的重點(diǎn)。本文以廣泛應(yīng)用于光伏并網(wǎng)微逆變器的交錯(cuò)并聯(lián)反激變換器為研究對(duì)象,從交錯(cuò)并聯(lián)反激變換器EMI產(chǎn)生機(jī)理、硬件電路與數(shù)字電路改進(jìn)、倍周期分岔現(xiàn)象分析及利用
