2、Background:Acutecoronarysyndrome(ACS)isincludingaseriesofclinicemergencycasesfrominstabilityanginapcctofistocardiacdeath,andits’clinicalmanifestationoccurrencesuddenlyandseriously.Recently,aftermassiveinvestigations,peoplehaveknownthatthekeypointofthedevelopmentofACSwasnotthenarrowdegreeofthecor
3、onaryartery,buttheerosionordisruptionofthevulnerableplaquesandthesubsequentthrombogenesis.Abroadstudiesindicatethatmostofthecriminalplaquesinthepatientswhodiedofacutemyocardialinfarction(AMI)werevulnerableplaques,andsubsequentresearcheshavefoundthatinflammationplayanimportantroleinit.Thereareman
4、ymacrophages,monocytesinABSTRACTthevulnerableplaques,andtheycallsecreteinflammatoryfactors,likeinterleukin-113(1L-1B),interleukin-6(IL-6)andtumornecrosisfactorandSOon.LotsofinvestigationsindicatedthattherewereSOmecorrectionsbetweenaseriesofplasmaactivematerialsofplaquedestabilizationandinflammat
5、ion.Pregnancyassociatedplasmaprotein-A(PAPP—A),abrandnewinflammationbiomakerwhichCallrecognizeandpredicttheplaque,becomethehotspot.PAPP-AisamemberofmatrixmetalloproteinasesfamilywhichcantakepartintheprogressofACSthroughmanyways.Inthispart,weinvestigatethechangesofserumIL-1B,IL-6andPAPP-Alevelsin
