2、規(guī)病理染色的細(xì)胞分化程度、免疫組織化學(xué)染色計數(shù)MVD，TVmean與MVD行直線相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果HCC瘤體動脈TVmean與MVD呈直線相關(guān)，相關(guān)系數(shù)r=0．794，回歸方程為Y=18．2764+1．5544x。依據(jù)TVmean>121．3cm／s計算低分化HCC的陽性預(yù)測值為97．4％，陰性預(yù)測值為87．5％；TVmean<21．3am計算高分化HCC的陽性預(yù)測值為88．5％，陰性預(yù)測值為97．3％；依據(jù)TVmean計算HCC細(xì)胞分化程度的可信度達(dá)89．5％。結(jié)論HCC瘤體動脈的TVmean可于術(shù)前估價瘤體的生長狀態(tài)、細(xì)胞的惡性程度，為分析患者預(yù)后提供有
