3、粘連分離術(shù)的病例進(jìn)行回顧性分析，探討宮腔粘連的臨床特點(diǎn)，電話隨訪術(shù)后月經(jīng)及妊娠情況，評(píng)估宮腔鏡治療效果及影響因素。結(jié)果：宮腔粘連的主要癥狀是月經(jīng)改變（60%），與宮腔粘連程度相關(guān)。妊娠相關(guān)的刮宮術(shù)（96.6%）是宮腔粘連的主要原因，刮宮次數(shù)與宮腔粘連程度不相關(guān)。電話隨訪術(shù)后月經(jīng)改善率54.3%，妊娠率54.5%。術(shù)前及術(shù)后月經(jīng)情況對(duì)妊娠率無影響，粘連程度影響妊娠率，輕度、中度和重度粘連妊娠率分別為83.3%、11.8%和5.9%（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：1.妊娠相關(guān)的刮宮術(shù)是宮腔粘連的主要原因。月經(jīng)在一定程度上可反映粘連程度。
