2、制造的滲透形成的機(jī)電一體化產(chǎn)品選這個(gè)題目的目的是它能體現(xiàn)出我對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)的掌握程度和靈活規(guī)范的運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí),在我認(rèn)為要成為一名合格的大學(xué)生,以自己的的思路用所學(xué)的知識(shí)來完成一份成功的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是必不可少的。此次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要解決的問題是零件的裝夾、刀具的對(duì)刀、工藝路線的制訂、工序與工步的劃分、刀具的選擇、切削用量的確定、車削加工程序的編寫、機(jī)床的熟練操作。主要困難的是裝夾中的水平Z向長(zhǎng)度難以保證、切削用量的參數(shù)設(shè)定、對(duì)刀的精度、工藝路線的制訂。運(yùn)用數(shù)控原理、數(shù)控工藝、數(shù)控編程、專業(yè)軟件等專業(yè)知識(shí)和數(shù)控機(jī)床實(shí)際操作的一次綜
3、合練習(xí),能讓我感觸當(dāng)代科學(xué)的前沿,體驗(yàn)數(shù)控魅力,為人們的生活帶來方便,進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)數(shù)控技術(shù),熟練數(shù)控機(jī)床的操作,掌握數(shù)控,開發(fā)數(shù)控內(nèi)在本文是基于機(jī)械配件在數(shù)控車床上的數(shù)控編程及工藝的設(shè)計(jì)。數(shù)控加工工藝的分析、工藝路線的設(shè)計(jì)、程序的編制、刀具的選擇及刀具參數(shù)的確定是以數(shù)控車床為平臺(tái),根據(jù)加工工藝的具體分析確定了整體思路并且完成工藝的制定。從而完成本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),本文通過綜合運(yùn)用三年來學(xué)過的知識(shí)對(duì)一個(gè)零件的加工進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)?! ”疚膬?nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)部分:加工工藝的設(shè)計(jì)、定位基準(zhǔn)選擇、刀具參數(shù)選擇、程序的編制。關(guān)鍵詞 機(jī)械制造車
