1、基于HyperMILL的整體葉輪五軸高速數(shù)控加工技術(shù)研究摘要五軸加工技術(shù)是以加工高復(fù)雜性零件、提高復(fù)雜性零件加工質(zhì)量和提高復(fù)雜性零件加工效率為基本特征,解決普通三軸數(shù)控機(jī)床所不能解決或解決不好的加工問題,它是近些年來在世界上迅速崛起的先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)之一。五軸加工技術(shù)充分利用刀具的最佳切削點(diǎn)或通過進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化刀具和工件的位姿角來進(jìn)行切削,從而獲得更高的切削效率和更好的加工表面質(zhì)量。以五軸高速數(shù)控加工作為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn),闡述了五軸切削加工的概念、特性、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)等,研究了高速切削加工工藝和路徑策略,并以整體
2、葉輪加工為例,通過對(duì)五軸葉輪加工工藝方案的擬定,確定加工參數(shù),計(jì)算出葉輪的加工刀軌路徑,生成機(jī)床加工代碼,最后加工出合格的零件。CAM技術(shù)是五軸高速數(shù)控加工中關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,論文以HyperMILL平臺(tái),研究了HyperMILL軟件的高速加工策略和整體葉輪五軸加工的路徑規(guī)劃,有效地減少了加工循環(huán)次數(shù)、減少加工步驟,提高了加工精度和加工效率。關(guān)鍵詞:HyperMILL;五軸加工;高速加工;整體葉輪;自由曲面2TheResearchontheFive-AxisandHigh-speedNCMachiningo

6、ellerasanexample,thispaperdefinestheschemeofcuttingtechniques,conformthecuttingparameters,calculatesthepathsofcuttingtoolsandbuildsthecodeofNC.Aqualifiedimpellercanbecutbycodementionedabove.ThetechnologyofCAMisoneofkeytechnologiesoffive-axisNC.Basedonthe
