1、XX學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))題目鉆機(jī)泵頭加工工藝設(shè)計(jì)作者學(xué)院機(jī)械工程學(xué)院專業(yè)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化學(xué)號(hào)指導(dǎo)教師二〇一五年四月二十三日摘要本次設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容是鉆機(jī)泵頭加工工藝設(shè)計(jì),鉆機(jī)泵頭其主要加工表面及控制位置為和內(nèi)孔。由零件要求分析可知,保證和內(nèi)孔尺寸的同時(shí)應(yīng)該盡量保證其同軸度,這對(duì)于后工序裝配和總成使用上來(lái)說(shuō)都有重要影響。所以,工序安排時(shí),采取以左視圖中大底面粗定位夾緊加工后,對(duì)內(nèi)孔進(jìn)行鏜削加工同時(shí)成型。因其粗糙度為Ra6.3,可通過(guò)粗鏜、半精鏜滿足。對(duì)于鉆俯視圖中6-M10螺紋孔時(shí),主要以鉆機(jī)泵頭左視圖的下部小端面進(jìn)行定位,控制其自由度,以達(dá)到加工出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品滿足要求并且一致
2、性好的目的。本文的研究重點(diǎn)在于通過(guò)對(duì)鉆機(jī)泵頭的工藝性和力學(xué)性能分析,對(duì)加工工藝進(jìn)行合理分析,選擇確定合理的毛坯、加工方式、設(shè)計(jì)高效、省力的夾具,通過(guò)實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證,最終加工出合格的鉆機(jī)泵頭零件。關(guān)鍵詞:鉆機(jī)泵頭;加工余量;工藝;夾具IABSTRACTThelatheismainlyreferstotheworkpiecerotationmovement,mobiletoolsforprocessingintorotarymovementofthemachinetoolsurface.Itcanbeusedforprocessingavarietyofrotaryformingsurfa
