1、摘要企業(yè)文化,特別是其核心的企業(yè)價(jià)值觀是企業(yè)發(fā)展的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之一,是企業(yè)獲取持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的來(lái)源和基礎(chǔ)。在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的今天,國(guó)有企業(yè)要有所作為,必須提煉企業(yè)的核心價(jià)值理念,以此提升企業(yè)文化建設(shè),提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。GDGC(GuangzhouDevelopmentGroupCo.,Ltd.廣州市屬國(guó)有企業(yè))經(jīng)過(guò)20年的發(fā)展,特別在近十年來(lái)的以全面提高資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量為核心的“二次創(chuàng)業(yè)"中,企業(yè)定位和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略逐漸清晰,建立了符合現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)要求的治理結(jié)構(gòu),提煉了“注重認(rèn)真、追求卓越、持續(xù)發(fā)展”的企業(yè)核心價(jià)值觀,形成了以“認(rèn)真、清楚、務(wù)實(shí)、創(chuàng)新”的企業(yè)精神和“規(guī)范經(jīng)營(yíng)、注重誠(chéng)信、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神、追求卓越”的經(jīng)
2、營(yíng)理念等為主要內(nèi)容的與企業(yè)持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)相適應(yīng)的企業(yè)文化內(nèi)涵。廣泛開展核心價(jià)值觀的培訓(xùn)教育工作,宣傳和踐行企業(yè)核心價(jià)值觀,深化企業(yè)文化建設(shè),提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理素質(zhì)。注重加強(qiáng)企業(yè)制度建設(shè)與創(chuàng)新,開展豐富多彩的企業(yè)文化文體活動(dòng),“群策群力"提合理化建議長(zhǎng)效運(yùn)作,將核心價(jià)值觀滲透到企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的全過(guò)程,使之成為維系企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的基石。GDGC以提煉核心價(jià)值觀提升企業(yè)文化建設(shè)取得了明顯成效。企業(yè)專注于核心業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,全面壯大綜合能源業(yè)務(wù)——電力、煤炭、油品和天然氣及新能源業(yè)務(wù),建設(shè)現(xiàn)代能源產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,整合區(qū)域能源資產(chǎn),壯大能源產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模,從根本上增強(qiáng)了公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì);按世晃級(jí)企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)核心企業(yè),實(shí)行精細(xì)化管理,注
