2、F1和F2代群體。對(duì)正反交的F1群體的耐淹澇性狀進(jìn)行遺傳分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)正反交的F1代群體在耐淹澇性狀上沒有顯著差異,說明耐淹澇性狀是核基因控制。從兩次淹澇處理中F2代群體的分離情況來看,來源于FR13A的耐淹特性表現(xiàn)出數(shù)量-質(zhì)量性狀遺傳的特點(diǎn)。當(dāng)淹澇脅迫壓力比較輕時(shí)表現(xiàn)為數(shù)量性狀遺傳,具有微效多基因的作用。當(dāng)淹澇脅迫壓力增大時(shí),表現(xiàn)為主效基因控制的質(zhì)量性狀。在SSR分析中,187對(duì)SSR引物中有73對(duì)引物在兩親本間有明顯的差異,差異率為39%。用這73對(duì)差異引物,對(duì)F2群體進(jìn)行多態(tài)篩選,結(jié)果篩選到一個(gè)與耐淹澇性狀連鎖的標(biāo)記RM219,驗(yàn)證了耐淹澇性狀確實(shí)由主效基因Sub1控制,因此,RM
