2、組。雷帕霉素組行腹主動脈球囊損傷術(shù)前3天開始每天肌肉注射雷帕霉素0.5mgPkg,術(shù)后連續(xù)14天每天肌肉注射雷帕霉素0.25mgPkg。球囊損傷14天后進(jìn)行電鏡觀察、組織學(xué)觀察和形態(tài)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 假手術(shù)組電鏡下血管平滑肌細(xì)胞呈收縮表型,球囊損傷后血管平滑肌細(xì)胞呈合成表型,雷帕霉素干預(yù)后血管平滑肌細(xì)胞電鏡下表現(xiàn)介于兩者之間。術(shù)后14天雷帕霉素組22新生內(nèi)膜面積比羧甲基纖維素鈉組減少36.4%(0.14±0.03mm比0.23±0.06mm,P<0.01),內(nèi)膜P中膜比減少28.9%(17.7%±3.37%比28.86%±10.25%,P<0.01)。結(jié)論 以上提示雷帕霉素可以抑制血管平滑肌細(xì)
