1、第18卷第5期草地學(xué)報2010年9月Vol.18No.5ACTAAGRESTIASINICASep.20104份偃麥草資源對干旱脅迫的生理響應(yīng)孫宗玖,李培英,阿不來提(新疆農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)草業(yè)與環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)院,新疆草地資源與生態(tài)重點實驗室,新疆烏魯木齊830052)摘要:為了解偃麥草(Elytrigiarepens(L.)Nevski)的抗旱生理機制,在盆栽控水條件下,對抗旱性不同的4份偃麥草種質(zhì)資源進(jìn)行干旱脅迫生理響應(yīng)研究。結(jié)果表明:干旱后土壤含水量呈下降趨勢,且脅迫后0d,5d,10d,15d間土壤含水量差異顯著(P<0.05);干旱脅迫過程
2、中偃麥草葉片水分飽和虧缺(WSD)、電導(dǎo)率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量呈上升趨勢,超氧化物酶(SOD)活性與可溶性蛋白含量呈現(xiàn)先升高后降低趨勢,而過氧化物酶(POD)活性則表現(xiàn)降低趨勢;與其他材料相比,抗旱性強的材料E01的WSD值上升慢、增加率低,SOD活性峰值出現(xiàn)時間晚且峰值最高,可溶性蛋白含量變化小,脯氨酸積累少,且MDA積累慢、含量低。關(guān)鍵詞:偃麥草;水分脅迫;抗氧化酶;水分飽和虧缺;滲透調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)中圖分類號:S332.4;Q945.78文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:10070435(2010)05067806Physiol
