2、物抗逆境中起重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用。本文使用Affymetrix水稻60K芯片全基因組研究PEG脅迫時(shí)2個(gè)耐旱性不同的水稻品種的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子及轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族的變化,結(jié)果表明,在PEG脅迫下,耐旱品種湘豐早119根系共有95個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子轉(zhuǎn)錄本與對(duì)照處理比較表達(dá)發(fā)生變化(24個(gè)為轉(zhuǎn)錄水平下調(diào)表達(dá),71個(gè)為轉(zhuǎn)錄水平上調(diào)表達(dá));干旱敏感品種愛華5號(hào)根系有129個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子轉(zhuǎn)錄本表達(dá)發(fā)生變化(轉(zhuǎn)錄水平上調(diào)的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子轉(zhuǎn)錄本60個(gè),轉(zhuǎn)錄水平下調(diào)的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子轉(zhuǎn)錄本69個(gè));2個(gè)品種PEG脅迫響應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子隸屬的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族都為30個(gè),但各轉(zhuǎn)錄因子所屬的30個(gè)家族并不完全相同;PEG脅迫逆
3、境中,PEG脅迫響應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子轉(zhuǎn)錄本表現(xiàn)出品種特異性,湘豐早119有72個(gè)為特異響應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)錄本,愛華5號(hào)有106個(gè)特異響應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子轉(zhuǎn)錄本;2個(gè)品種在干旱脅迫下響應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子有23個(gè)為重疊轉(zhuǎn)錄本,其中有16個(gè)在轉(zhuǎn)錄水平上調(diào)表達(dá),7個(gè)在轉(zhuǎn)錄水平下調(diào)表達(dá);2個(gè)品種的PEG脅迫響應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子基因在染色體上的分布不同,重疊轉(zhuǎn)錄因子基因主要位于第2染色體0.432~26.139Mb和第5染色體0.076~20.597Mb之間。關(guān)鍵詞:水稻;根系;基因芯片;轉(zhuǎn)錄因子;耐旱性差異GlobalGenomeExpressionAnalysisofTranscriptionFa
