1、福建林學院學報2014,34(1):5763第34卷第1期JournalofFujianCollegeofForestry2014年1月冷凍脅迫下毛竹葉綠素熒光參數(shù)變化及抗寒相關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子表達李想,史世京,曹穎,盧學琴,胡尚連(西南科技大學生命科學與工程學院,四川綿陽621010)摘要:研究短時冷凍脅迫條件下葉綠素熒光參數(shù)和抗寒相關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子的表達水平變化,探討毛竹抵抗冷凍脅迫的機制。以生長90d的毛竹實生苗為材料,人工模擬短時間(15,30,60,90rain)冷害(4℃)、凍害(一5、一10℃)脅迫,測定葉
2、片的葉綠素熒光參數(shù)和抗寒相關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)錄兇子(餾、PeWRKY10、PeCBF1、PeDREB1)的表達水平。結(jié)果表明,冷害和凍害均能對毛竹葉片光系統(tǒng)11(PS1I)活性中心造成損傷,4與一5℃短時間脅迫,對PsⅡ的損傷是可逆的,而一10℃造成的損傷是不可逆的。相關(guān)性分析結(jié)果表明,冷凍脅迫條件下,轉(zhuǎn)錄因子yB和PeWRKYIO與各葉綠素熒光參數(shù)呈負相關(guān)關(guān)系,PeCBF1和PeDREB1與各葉綠素熒光參數(shù)呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。關(guān)鍵詞:毛竹;冷凍脅迫;葉綠素熒光參數(shù);轉(zhuǎn)錄子中圖分類號:$718.46文獻標識碼:A文章編號:10
