2、和白粉病,綜合農(nóng)藝性狀良好。明確該小麥品系中所含的抗葉銹病基因及遺傳特點(diǎn),找到與其緊密連鎖的分子標(biāo)記,有利于抗病基因利用和培育抗病新品種。【方法】將西農(nóng)1163-4與感病品種Thatcher雜交,獲得F1、F2代群體,利用中國葉銹菌優(yōu)勢(shì)小種THTT進(jìn)行苗期抗性鑒定和抗性遺傳分析;采用SSR技術(shù)對(duì)西農(nóng)1163-4所攜帶的抗葉銹基因進(jìn)行分子標(biāo)記研究,共篩選了1273對(duì)SSR引物?!窘Y(jié)果】小麥品系西農(nóng)1163-4對(duì)多個(gè)葉銹菌小種具有良好的抗病性,對(duì)THTT的抗性是由1個(gè)顯性基因控制,該基因暫命名為LrXi。獲得了與
3、LrXi緊密連鎖的3個(gè)微衛(wèi)星分子標(biāo)記Xbarc8、Xgwm582、Xwmc269和1個(gè)STS標(biāo)記(ω-secali/Glu-B3),將LrXi定位于小麥1BL染色體上。距離最近的2個(gè)微衛(wèi)星位點(diǎn)是Xgwm582、Xbarc8,與抗葉銹基因間的遺傳距離分別為2.3cM和3.2cM?!窘Y(jié)論】LrXi位于1BL染色體,抗葉銹表現(xiàn)不同于所有已知抗葉銹病基因,該基因的發(fā)現(xiàn)將有利于豐富中國抗葉銹病基因資源,為培育持久抗病品種奠定基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞:小麥葉銹??;抗病基因;SSR;分子作圖GeneticAnalysisandMole
