3、ctronicscreenresearching.Weanalyzedthepossiblefactorsinfluencingtheetchingeffectanddeterminetheoptimalconditions.UndertheoDtimalconditions,wedoapplicationexperiment,showandevaluatethee鼠ct.Conclusiontheexperimentasfollow:(1)Basicontheglasssurfacestructure,surfac
4、epropertiesandmetbod.wediscussedthemechanismofmicrofluorineetchingtechniqueandthinkthemicrofluorinetechniqueisfeasible.(2)Therelationshipsoftraditionalformulaofetchingliquidandsurfacemorphologywithetching,determinantofsurfacepropertyafteretchedwerestudied,themi

7、andprocess,microfluorineetchingexperimentwascarriedoutandtheeffectofetchingwasinvestigatedbySEM,IR,bendingandtransmissiontest.Theresultshowedthatevenness,smoothness,hardness,ofglasssurfacehadimprovedthanbefore.(6)Thefactorsthatmayaffectetchingeffectofthemobilep
