1、園藝學(xué)報(bào)2005,32(3):420~425ActaHorticulturaeSinica不同光質(zhì)對(duì)番茄幼苗生長(zhǎng)和生理特性的影響11*12蒲高斌劉世琦劉磊任麗華12(山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝學(xué)院,泰安271018;濟(jì)寧市農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)研究院,濟(jì)寧272400)摘要:就不同光質(zhì)(藍(lán)光、綠光、黃光、紅光及白光)對(duì)番茄幼苗生長(zhǎng)和生理特性的影響做了探究。結(jié)果表明,紅光處理的幼苗干物質(zhì)積累多,葉面積擴(kuò)展快,葉綠素含量、光合速率、可溶性糖及總糖含量均最高,葉綠素a/b比值及總氮含量最低。藍(lán)光處理幼苗的莖粗、葉面積、根系活力、光合速率均顯著高于對(duì)照(白光)。壯苗指數(shù)以藍(lán)光或紅光處理的較好,說(shuō)明在苗期照射紅光

6、obviouslybybluelighttreatment.Keywords:Tomato;Seedling;Lightquality;Growth;Physiologicalcharacteristics在中國(guó)北方地區(qū)的番茄(LycopersiconesculentumMill.)設(shè)施栽培中,其育苗正值低溫弱光的冬季,一些防寒保溫措施更降低了光照強(qiáng)度,縮短了照光時(shí)數(shù),從而限制了幼苗的健壯生長(zhǎng)。已有研究〔1〕〔2〕〔3〕表明,光質(zhì)對(duì)植物的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育、光合特性、產(chǎn)量、品質(zhì)、抗逆和衰老等方面均有較大影響。光質(zhì)對(duì)番茄幼苗影響的研究較少,并多集中于形態(tài)指標(biāo)的調(diào)查。本試驗(yàn)旨在探明不同光質(zhì)對(duì)番
