2、法】以桂糖2l號(hào)(GT21)和新臺(tái)糖22號(hào)(ROC22)甘蔗品種為材料,利用營(yíng)養(yǎng)液培養(yǎng)法,研究不同pH值下甘蔗幼苗生長(zhǎng)和生理特性的變化?!窘Y(jié)果】在pH4.5—7.5范圍內(nèi)的培養(yǎng)液對(duì)甘蔗幼苗的生長(zhǎng)和發(fā)育不會(huì)產(chǎn)生顯著的不良影響,而在pH6.0時(shí)兩個(gè)甘蔗品種幼苗株高最高,葉綠素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量最高,而相對(duì)電導(dǎo)率、丙二醛和脯氨酸含量最低,表明在此pH值下甘蔗蔗株各種生理代謝高度協(xié)調(diào)。【結(jié)論】甘蔗生長(zhǎng)的pH值適應(yīng)范圍較廣,pH6.0為甘蔗幼苗生長(zhǎng)的最適P}l值。關(guān)鍵詞:甘蔗;幼苗;pH值;生長(zhǎng);生理特性中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):S566.101文
