2、復(fù)合材料高溫制備過(guò)程中,金屬W,W-2%Co,Ta與SiC反應(yīng)生成了碳化物和硅化物,失去了金屬塑性,未能實(shí)現(xiàn)裂紋尾流區(qū)橋接、殘余應(yīng)力增韌等金屬界面層層狀復(fù)合材料賴以大幅度提高其強(qiáng)韌性的增韌機(jī)制,其增韌效果僅與BN陶瓷界面層的增韌效果相當(dāng).此外,研究表明,提高基體層力學(xué)性能可以顯著提高層狀復(fù)合材料的強(qiáng)韌性.制備的SiC/BN層狀復(fù)合材料的室溫三點(diǎn)彎曲強(qiáng)度為729.86114.02MPa、室溫?cái)嗔秧g性為20.582.77MPam1/2,其主要增韌機(jī)制包括裂紋分叉鈍化、裂紋偏轉(zhuǎn)、裂紋并行擴(kuò)展以及裂紋尾流區(qū)片層拔出等.關(guān)鍵詞:層狀復(fù)合材料;界面層;金屬;氮化硼;碳化硅中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TQ17
