1、摘要泛突厥主義所稱的“突厥”并非我國(guó)歷史上的突厥民族，其實(shí)乃北方草原之上語(yǔ)言相似的一些民族，其之間并無(wú)相同文化與同一血脈。泛突厥主義最初是個(gè)文化領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)象，后來(lái)在諸種社會(huì)政治原因的共同刺激下成為了一種極端民族主義，其自產(chǎn)生之時(shí)，經(jīng)歷二戰(zhàn)、冷戰(zhàn)，直到現(xiàn)今，經(jīng)歷了波折起伏的不斷演變。其對(duì)我國(guó)也進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)期的滲透，主要分為建國(guó)前期的滲透、建國(guó)后到冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束時(shí)期的滲透以及冷戰(zhàn)之后的滲透。其滲透對(duì)我國(guó)造成了很大的影響，政治上表現(xiàn)為對(duì)祖國(guó)統(tǒng)一、民族團(tuán)結(jié)和領(lǐng)土完整的侵犯；經(jīng)濟(jì)上表現(xiàn)為對(duì)國(guó)家整體的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及統(tǒng)籌區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展環(huán)境的影響；思想意識(shí)形態(tài)上表現(xiàn)為國(guó)家觀念層面的意識(shí)形態(tài)、民族觀念以及愛國(guó)主

2、義思想的影響。國(guó)際關(guān)系上表現(xiàn)為對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)際形象、周邊和睦友好以及外國(guó)勢(shì)力干涉方面造成的威脅。泛突厥主義有自身的特點(diǎn)，有其自己的所謂理論基礎(chǔ)和社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)根基，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)針對(duì)其立足的基礎(chǔ)和其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有力的應(yīng)對(duì)。在政治層面上應(yīng)堅(jiān)持落實(shí)民族區(qū)域自治，把握自治與共治的度；在經(jīng)濟(jì)層面上應(yīng)大力推動(dòng)新疆發(fā)展，把握投資與引導(dǎo)的度；在民族政策上應(yīng)加強(qiáng)民族團(tuán)結(jié)，把握支持與公平的度；在文化上應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)文化教育，把握民族文化與科學(xué)教育的度；在法律層面應(yīng)完善相關(guān)法制，把握政策與法律的度；在國(guó)際方面，應(yīng)積極發(fā)展我國(guó)與中亞諸國(guó)和西方國(guó)家、土耳其等的友好合作關(guān)系，共同應(yīng)對(duì)極端勢(shì)力。關(guān)鍵詞：泛突厥主義；新疆：東突AbstractWha
