1、山東理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文穗莖兼收型玉米收獲機(jī)摘穗切碎裝置設(shè)計(jì)與仿真試驗(yàn)分析姓名:吳修遠(yuǎn)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化工程指導(dǎo)教師:刁培松20090420山東理T大學(xué)碩fj學(xué)位論文中文摘要摘要當(dāng)前我國玉米收獲機(jī)對(duì)秸稈的主要處理方式是切碎后直接還田,但秸稈直接還田也帶來了一些負(fù)面,會(huì)影響下茬的種植,并未被農(nóng)民普遍接受,從而導(dǎo)致全國各地焚燒秸稈的情況出現(xiàn)。論文提出了一種新的玉米莖桿切碎裝置。新裝置基于背負(fù)式穗莖兼收玉米聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),原理是在每對(duì)臥式摘穗輥的下方安裝一個(gè)滾筒刀,在滾筒刀的前端安裝有割斷刀,當(dāng)玉米莖桿進(jìn)入摘穗輥間隙后被割斷刀打斷,摘穗
2、輥進(jìn)行摘穗工作的同時(shí)將已被打斷的玉米莖桿喂入到滾筒刀中切碎,切碎后的莖桿被滾筒刀拋送到莖桿收集裝置中。使用此切碎裝置,玉米莖桿切碎理論長(zhǎng)度s30姍,達(dá)到了青貯的要求。新裝置的摘穗輥?zhàn)鳛榍兴闈L筒的喂入輥,簡(jiǎn)化了整體結(jié)構(gòu)。本課題從提高玉米收獲機(jī)械關(guān)鍵部件設(shè)計(jì)手段出發(fā),根據(jù)玉米秸稈的物理特性建立了柔性體仿真模型,采用計(jì)算機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)模擬手段,對(duì)組成玉米收獲機(jī)割臺(tái)的各主要工作部件—分禾器、滾筒刀、喂入機(jī)構(gòu)等進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真分析。通過對(duì)收獲過程的運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真分析,得出了一系列運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù),為玉米收獲機(jī)的進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考和幫助。關(guān)鍵詞:玉米收獲,滾筒刀,秸稈
