1、山東理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文穗莖兼收型玉米聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)立式割臺(tái)的理論分析與試驗(yàn)研究姓名:杜翠紅申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專(zhuān)業(yè):農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化工程指導(dǎo)教師:張道林20060410山東理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要立輥式割臺(tái)是本課題自走式穗莖兼收型玉米聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)的核心部件,本文對(duì)立式割臺(tái)的主要部件進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的深刻的理論分析,提供了立式割臺(tái)主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)選擇的依據(jù),并進(jìn)行了大量的田間試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。利用自行研制的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)對(duì)玉米摘穗過(guò)程進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,為玉米收獲機(jī)研究設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)。采用理論分析與試驗(yàn)研究相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)立輥式割臺(tái)的主要零部件的參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。依據(jù)玉米植株折斷臨界角試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,分析確定
2、了分禾器的主要參數(shù),提高了分禾器的分禾、扶禾能力;采用往復(fù)式切割器提高了行距的適應(yīng)性;對(duì)夾持輸送鏈進(jìn)行了速度、性能分析,并提出現(xiàn)有裝置的不足和設(shè)想;在先前研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析總結(jié)了與立式莖桿切碎裝置相配置的立式摘穗輥主要參數(shù)的選擇依據(jù)及應(yīng)用范圍。在玉米收獲季節(jié),將該裝置應(yīng)用到自走式玉米收獲機(jī)上進(jìn)行了大量的田間試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,立式割臺(tái)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到任務(wù)書(shū)要求,具有優(yōu)良的作業(yè)性能,.對(duì)不同行距的玉米收獲具有良好的適應(yīng)性。對(duì)玉米摘穗過(guò)程進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,測(cè)試了摘穗時(shí)所需的扭矩,通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)找到了影響扭矩的顯著性因素,并確定了摘穗的最佳轉(zhuǎn)速,以保證收獲機(jī)的最佳摘穗質(zhì)量,
