2、米收獲機(jī)摘穗切碎與夾持喂入技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析研究.夾持輸送喂入裝置的研究。針對(duì)夾持輸送過程中植株存在倒伏、斷莖等問題,設(shè)計(jì)了輸送撥禾鏈,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)對(duì)比分析:針對(duì)玉米植株存在縱向傾斜喂入現(xiàn)象,設(shè)計(jì)了喇叭喂入口.在夾持輸送參數(shù)優(yōu)選試驗(yàn)中,通過分析選取夾持鏈速度、夾持間隙,夾持傾角和輸送拔禾鏈四個(gè)因素進(jìn)行正交試驗(yàn),得出了影響夾持輸送可靠性的主次因素及各因素的顯著性水平.立式摘穗切碎裝置的研究.分析了摘穗切碎裝置的主要參數(shù)尺寸.在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過選取摘輥轉(zhuǎn)速、摘輥間隙和切碎間隙、前進(jìn)速度四個(gè)因素進(jìn)行正交試驗(yàn),主要研究了立式摘穗切碎裝置各參數(shù)與收獲指標(biāo)的關(guān)系,得出
