1、大連工業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文反相乳液聚合體系中反應(yīng)型乳化劑的合成與應(yīng)用性能評(píng)價(jià)姓名:劉樹森申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工藝指導(dǎo)教師:曹亞峰20080401摘要可聚合乳化劑可以很好的解決傳統(tǒng)乳化劑在聚合過程中存在的多種問題,大大提高了乳液聚合的穩(wěn)定性,是一種很有前途的乳化劑。馬來酸酯型乳化劑是一類可聚合型的乳化劑,此類可聚合乳化劑的反應(yīng)活性適中,它的突出特點(diǎn)是不易形成均聚物。本論文以馬來酸酐和Span60為原料,在無催化劑、無溶劑的條件下發(fā)生的酯化反應(yīng),制備可在反相乳液聚合中起作用的可聚合乳化劑。以馬來酸酐的轉(zhuǎn)化率來評(píng)價(jià)反應(yīng)。分別考察了反應(yīng)時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度以及原料比對(duì)馬來酸酐的轉(zhuǎn)化率的影
2、響。然后利用『F交實(shí)驗(yàn)確定最佳反應(yīng)條件。最佳條件是反應(yīng)時(shí)間90min,反應(yīng)溫度95℃,原料比l:l。最佳條件下馬來酸酐的轉(zhuǎn)化率為90.85%。以甲基丙烯酸甲酯作為共聚單體,與已合成的可聚合乳化劑進(jìn)行聚合,進(jìn)行了其可聚合性能的測(cè)試,并探討了實(shí)驗(yàn)條件。將已合成的可聚合乳化劑應(yīng)用于淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺的聚合反應(yīng),測(cè)試了其應(yīng)用性能,并探討了時(shí)間,溫度,引發(fā)劑配比等條件對(duì)聚合反應(yīng)的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明引發(fā)劑濃度為2.0×10一mol/L,配比為nEH.):S,O。]:nECO(NH:):]=1.O:1.5:MPE濃度為82g/L:反應(yīng)時(shí)間為4h:反應(yīng)溫度為55℃時(shí),接枝聚合反應(yīng)的丙烯酰胺單體轉(zhuǎn)化率可
