3、undlayersonthesurfaceofcarbonsteelweresystematicallyevaluatedforspecimensdiffusedattemperaturesrangingfrom873to1323Kafterhotdipaluminizing.Fe2Al5wasmainlyformedonthespecimensurfacesattheusualdiffusiontemperaturesfrom873to923K.However,FeAlandFe3Allayershavingrelativelyhighfractureresi
4、stanceandoxidationresistancepropertieswerepreferentiallyformedinthespecimensdiffusedattemperaturesgreaterthan1273K.TheactivationenergiesrequiredforthegrowthoftheFeAlandFe3AllayerswereQFeAl/1801andQFeAl/260kJmol,respectively.ItwasidentifiedthattheformationandgrowthofFe/Alintermeta
