1、浙江理工大學(xué)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位論文Ni-ZTA納米復(fù)合涂層的制備及其耐磨防腐性能研究摘要納米氧化物陶瓷涂層具有高硬度、良好的耐腐蝕性以及耐磨性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。采用表面涂層技術(shù)對(duì)金屬材料表面進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化處理,在工件表面制備一層納米氧化物陶瓷涂層,可以有效提高基體材料的耐磨和耐蝕等性能,從而延長其使用壽命。本文首先通過溶膠凝膠法(Sol-gel)制備氧化鋯(ZrO2)、氧化鋁(Al2O3)和ZTA(ZrO2增韌Al2O3)納米粉體,研究了影響納米粉體團(tuán)聚的因素,分析了pH值、反應(yīng)溫度以及干燥溫度等對(duì)納米氧化物粉體晶粒尺寸
2、和分散性的影響。其次,研究了電火花沉積工藝參數(shù)(如電壓和功率等)對(duì)Ni基合金涂層性能的影響規(guī)律,發(fā)現(xiàn)在60V、900W和通氬氣保護(hù)的情況下得到的Ni合金涂層質(zhì)量最佳。最后,通過在Ni合金涂層表面激光熔覆ZrO2、Al2O3和ZTA納米粉體,得到相應(yīng)的Ni-氧化物納米復(fù)合涂層,并研究了激光熔覆工藝參數(shù)(如功率和速度等)對(duì)ZrO2、Al2O3和ZTA納米涂層質(zhì)量的影響規(guī)律。對(duì)于制備的復(fù)合涂層,通過涂層表面和截面的硬度分析發(fā)現(xiàn),Ni-ZrO2復(fù)合涂層、Ni-Al2O3復(fù)合涂層和ZTA復(fù)合涂層表面硬度相對(duì)于
3、基體分別提高了3.8倍、2.5倍和1.4倍。而對(duì)三種納米復(fù)合涂層進(jìn)行摩擦磨損實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),Ni-ZrO2復(fù)合涂層、Ni-Al2O3復(fù)合涂層和ZTA復(fù)合涂層耐磨性相對(duì)于基體分別提高了1.64倍、2.25倍和1.71倍。最后對(duì)三種納米復(fù)合涂層在3.5%NaCl溶液中性腐蝕環(huán)境中進(jìn)行的電化學(xué)腐蝕實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),由Tafel曲線和阻抗分析可知,三種Ni-氧化物納米復(fù)合涂層的耐蝕性都比基體要好,且Ni-ZTA納米復(fù)合涂層的耐蝕性能是最好的。關(guān)鍵詞:納米氧化物陶瓷;電火花沉積;激光熔覆;復(fù)合涂層;耐磨耐蝕性I浙江理工大學(xué)
