2、性采用傅里葉紅外光譜儀、掃描電鏡、熱重分析儀、接觸角分析儀等進(jìn)行表征,結(jié)果表明,復(fù)合涂層表面具有微/納米雙重粗糙結(jié)構(gòu),與水的靜態(tài)接觸角為155。,滾動(dòng)角為8。;采用極化曲線和交流阻抗等電化學(xué)法對(duì)涂層防腐性能進(jìn)行表征,復(fù)合涂層的腐蝕電位相比裸鋼片正移了約0.5V,其腐蝕電流密度從裸鋼片的9.15×10。A/cm下降至8.98×10A/cm,減小了2個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí),而相比純PMHS的2.67x10~A/cm2,減小了1個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí),顯示了較好的防腐蝕性能。關(guān)鍵詞:含氫硅油;微/納米粗糙結(jié)構(gòu);超疏水;防腐DOI:10.
