2、對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)谷子的精量播種起著至關(guān)重要的作用。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)谷子的精量播種,本文針對(duì)原有氣吸式排種裝置的排種盤進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),設(shè)計(jì)了一種適應(yīng)谷子這種小粒徑作物播種的9個(gè)不同的氣吸式精量穴播排種盤,該排種盤具有成群分布吸孔的特點(diǎn),可同時(shí)吸附多粒種子。同時(shí)在了解熟悉谷子氣吸式鋪膜播種機(jī)的工作原理及其結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件Solidworks建立了排種盤及排種裝置模型。利用設(shè)計(jì)好的排種盤在計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)排種器試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上進(jìn)行了谷子排種性能試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在排種盤孔數(shù)為4,排種盤孔徑為0.8mm,排種盤轉(zhuǎn)速為11r/min,氣吸式真空度為-1.2kpa,谷子精量排種效果較好,穴粒數(shù)合
