2、裝置為研究對象,通過田間試驗對免耕播種機進行了振動測試,數(shù)據(jù)分析,得到免耕播種機在田間工作時排種裝置振動的主要頻率范圍,通過排種性能試驗來研究振動頻率對排種性能的影響,為氣吸振動耦合的排種裝置設計提供理論依據(jù)。運用SolidWorks軟件對試驗臺進行三維虛擬樣機設計,并用ansys軟件對支撐架的模型進行靜力分析,通過數(shù)據(jù)云圖分析,得出支撐臺能夠滿足其工作性能要求??紤]排種裝置本身的固有頻率,將排種裝置及其安裝架進行懸掛處理,使其處于自然狀態(tài),通過力錘激勵,及傳感器的采集,最終分析得到了其前四階的固有模態(tài)數(shù)值,得出主固有頻率為197.0
3、9Hz。對新設計的振動排種試驗臺進行參數(shù)標定,標定后對排種裝置進行玉米的排種性能試驗,考慮振動頻率、排種盤轉速、真空室氣壓三個因素,分別對排種裝置進行了單因素試驗,找到了各個因素對其排種性能影響最優(yōu)值。并進行正交試驗,通過數(shù)據(jù)結果分析,得出對玉米排種裝置排種性能影響的最優(yōu)組合。關鍵詞:免耕播種機;氣吸式;排種裝置;試驗臺;振動;性能試驗基金項目:國家自然科學基金項目(51365034)、中國博士后科學基金項目(2014M552532XB)資助ModalTestingandExperimentalPerformanceResearcho
