2、作用方式，形成了人力資本對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)影響的理論分析。為驗(yàn)證以上理論，以耦合模型和盧卡斯人力資本溢出模型對(duì)中國(guó)省域人力資本對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果為：一是在考察期內(nèi)，我國(guó)人力資本水平與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)水平及兩者協(xié)同效應(yīng)從狀態(tài)和增速兩個(gè)方面均表現(xiàn)出由東至西依次遞減態(tài)勢(shì)，且省區(qū)間差異較為明顯。二是總體上協(xié)同水平較低，各區(qū)域人力資本水平相對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平具有相對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)。四大區(qū)域及各省區(qū)間的耦合差異并未出現(xiàn)趨同趨勢(shì)，反而存在進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大的可能。三是人力資本水平與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)水平結(jié)構(gòu)上不同步，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平落后的中西部區(qū)域
