1、天津大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文雙酚A合成反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)及其樹脂催化劑的研究姓名:楊念勇申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工程指導(dǎo)教師:汪寶和20040201中文摘要本文主要進(jìn)行了雙酚A改性樹脂催化劑的制各及雙酚A合成動(dòng)力學(xué)的研究,主要工作如下:1.篩選得到一種比較優(yōu)良的基礎(chǔ)樹脂與助催化劑,并完成了助催化劑的合成。雙酚A合成評價(jià)結(jié)果顯示:經(jīng)該助催化劑改性的離子交換樹脂,能使雙酚A合成的摩爾收率達(dá)到84.69%(對丙酮),BPA含量23.78%,選擇性96.12%。所得催化劑在實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置上進(jìn)行了連續(xù)評價(jià),結(jié)果顯示,選擇性保持95%不變:收率40天內(nèi)可維持在93.95%之間,運(yùn)行較為平穩(wěn);2.對雙酚A合成機(jī)理
