2、的要求,迫切要求對(duì)改質(zhì)瀝青的開發(fā)、制備、性能和應(yīng)用進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的研究。本文正式通過(guò)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外改質(zhì)瀝青的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),明確了本此研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和必要性。本文主要對(duì)煤瀝青改質(zhì)機(jī)理進(jìn)行開發(fā)和研究,重點(diǎn)研究了熱聚合改質(zhì)處理過(guò)程中煤瀝青的聚合程度、熱縮聚行為、各組分的轉(zhuǎn)變規(guī)律以及喹啉不溶物對(duì)對(duì)煤瀝青熱聚合改質(zhì)的影響等。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外改質(zhì)瀝青的生產(chǎn)工藝的比較,確定了本鋼焦化廠改質(zhì)瀝青項(xiàng)目的工藝方法。在工程的開工調(diào)試及實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,從生產(chǎn)裝置和控制兩方面入手,總結(jié)存在的問題,結(jié)合前面的研究規(guī)律,對(duì)這些問題進(jìn)行全面的分析,提出相應(yīng)的改造和調(diào)節(jié)
