1、東南大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文總體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則編制方法研究姓名：孔孝云申請學(xué)位級別：碩士專業(yè)：城市規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo)教師：董衛(wèi)20070315摘要城市設(shè)計(jì)理論與實(shí)踐自傳入我國以來，對提升城市空間環(huán)境品質(zhì)發(fā)揮了重要的作用。但在實(shí)際操作中，由于缺少從城市整體和長遠(yuǎn)角度的考慮，城市設(shè)計(jì)往往各自為政，環(huán)境品質(zhì)日益下降。與此同時，城市規(guī)劃在解決城市空間環(huán)境問題時，缺乏有效的控制與引導(dǎo)手段?？傮w城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則是為塑造具有整體性和鮮明個性的城市空間環(huán)境，對城市建設(shè)活動進(jìn)行控制引導(dǎo)所編制的技術(shù)性控制框架。在城市設(shè)計(jì)的管理性曰益突現(xiàn)的背景下，編制總體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則成果顯得尤為重要。
2、但是至今仍然缺少對總體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則編制方法的研究。論文首先對城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則作了理論解讀，闡述了城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則在現(xiàn)代城市設(shè)計(jì)中的地位和作用。接著從總體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則的編制入手，提出了包括編制目的與意義、編制依據(jù)和原則、編制內(nèi)容、編制程序和成果表達(dá)在內(nèi)的總體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則編制理論框架。在此基礎(chǔ)上，論文從總體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則編制工作平臺、城市空間環(huán)境分解研究、城市空間環(huán)境系統(tǒng)整合、總體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則轉(zhuǎn)譯和總體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則的落實(shí)控制等五個方面提出總體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)剛的編制方法。最后結(jié)合杭州主城區(qū)城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則實(shí)例，探討了總體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則的編制實(shí)踐。關(guān)鍵詞：總體城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則，
