2、FIBUS應(yīng)用的80%,代表了PROFIBUS的技術(shù)精華和特點(diǎn)。PROFIBUS—DP在國內(nèi)工業(yè)自動(dòng)化界應(yīng)用廣泛,但其應(yīng)用方式基本以購買國外自動(dòng)化設(shè)備廠商的PROFIBUS—DP通信芯片,再配以外部微控制器的應(yīng)用方式為主,基本不涉及PROFIBUS.DP通信芯片本身的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā),這就限制了我國工業(yè)自動(dòng)化界對(duì)PROFIBUS.DP協(xié)議的理解,難以掌握PROFIBUS.DP核心技術(shù)。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象,通過認(rèn)真分析PROFIBUS.DP總線協(xié)議,本文設(shè)計(jì)并完成了一種通過FPGA器件,采用硬件描述語言VerilogHDL實(shí)現(xiàn)PROFIBUS.DP從站協(xié)議功能的方
3、案。該方案涵蓋了PROFIBUS.DP從站硬件和邏輯軟件設(shè)計(jì),其中硬件設(shè)計(jì)包括了FPGA、MSC51芯片的外圍電路設(shè)計(jì),從站物理層接口硬件設(shè)計(jì)和微控制器接口硬件設(shè)計(jì);邏輯軟件設(shè)計(jì)則包括了從站物理層UART模塊設(shè)計(jì),數(shù)據(jù)鏈路層協(xié)議解析模塊設(shè)計(jì)和外部微控制器接口模塊設(shè)計(jì)。最后對(duì)完成的整個(gè)軟硬件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了PROFIBUS.DP協(xié)議一致性測(cè)試,包括從站硬件基本性能查證、PROFIBUS.DP總線傳輸要求、功能測(cè)試和與PROFIBUS.DP協(xié)議標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一致性。【關(guān)鍵詞】現(xiàn)場總線,PROFIBUS.DP,從站,F(xiàn)PGA,一致性測(cè)試浙江大學(xué)碩+學(xué)位論文基于FPGA
