1、于現(xiàn)代工原因和應的現(xiàn)場總升級的難因此,研本課題將PROFIBUS.DP、CAN總線和工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)等目前使用較廣的幾種現(xiàn)場總線作為研究對象,通過分析各類現(xiàn)場總線的協(xié)議和通信模型,提出了基于協(xié)議幀轉(zhuǎn)換的現(xiàn)場總線協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換方法。并根據(jù)該方法設計相應的協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換網(wǎng)關,實現(xiàn)多協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換。在研究中,PROFIBUS.DP總線作為主網(wǎng)絡,其它總線設備作為接入的從站設備,因此協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換網(wǎng)關主要基于PROFIBUS.DP從站進行設計開‘△反。文章首先介紹了各主流現(xiàn)場總線的技術特點,并重點研究和分析了PROFIBUS.DP總線、CAN總線、以太網(wǎng)和RS232的工作方式,協(xié)議幀結構。然后,結合網(wǎng)關要實現(xiàn)的功能進行多協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換網(wǎng)
2、關軟硬件的設計。為了提高網(wǎng)關性能并降低設計難度,硬件系統(tǒng)采用了高性能的ARM9處理器作為控制核心,使用專門的現(xiàn)場總線協(xié)議芯片進行各總線通信接口的設計。最后的協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換網(wǎng)關的軟件設計則是在前面協(xié)議幀設計和轉(zhuǎn)換方法研究的基礎上進行的,是整個網(wǎng)關設計的重點。文章闡述了軟件的設計目標和框架,介紹Lmux操作系統(tǒng)的特點,以及相關設備驅(qū)動的開發(fā),并分析協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換在Lmux系統(tǒng)下的實現(xiàn)方式,相關任務的調(diào)度和通信。在實驗室的環(huán)境下,利用虛擬設備模擬了協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換網(wǎng)關的應用環(huán)境,對網(wǎng)關各總線接口的數(shù)據(jù)通信進行測試。試驗結果表明該網(wǎng)關可以較好的實現(xiàn)CAN總線設備、RS232設備與PROFIBUS.DP主站的通信,以及主站
