5、相集合。選用合理的毛坯和刀具,制定正確的工藝路線和精粗基準,從而制造出合理完善的設計?,F(xiàn)今社會在不斷發(fā)展,各個行業(yè)都有著許多變化。汽車如今在社會中擔當著必不可少的交通工具,許多行業(yè)都需要依靠汽車來運輸完成,因此提高偏心軸的使用時間的長度就成為一個主要而必要問題。本論文研究偏心軸的毛坯形成及其加工,其中切削加工為主線,所以對材料和加工工藝進行了工藝規(guī)程。在加工過程中的粗精基準的選擇直接關系到車輪的使用及工藝要求。全面的進行制造工藝不但有利于產(chǎn)品質量的提高,也有利于產(chǎn)品成本的降低。偏心零件的加工是機械加工中的難
6、點,對于象偏心軸承、凸輪等偏大心零件的加工目前普遍采用三爪、四爪卡盤,在普通機床上加工。隨著科學技術的不斷發(fā)展,對偏大心零件的需求越來越多,精度也越來越高,因此對該類偏心夾具的需求也相應的增加,其應用前景廣闊。偏心軸類零件是常見的典型零件之一。按軸類零件結構形式不同,一般可分為光軸偏心、階梯軸偏心和異形偏心軸等;或分為實心偏心軸、空心偏心軸等。它們在機器中同樣用來支承齒輪、帶輪等傳動零件,以傳遞轉矩或運動。臺階偏心軸的加工工藝較為典型,反映了偏心軸類零件的大部分內(nèi)容與基本規(guī)律下面就介紹一種偏心軸常用的加工工
7、藝。11第1章緒論隨著科學技術的迅速發(fā)展和市場要求的變化及競爭的加劇,傳統(tǒng)的制造技術發(fā)展到一個嶄新的階段,傳統(tǒng)的制造技術不斷吸取機械、電子、信息、材料、能源及現(xiàn)代化管理技術成果,并將其綜合應用于產(chǎn)品整個生命周期成為“市場-設計-制造-市場”的大的生產(chǎn)制造系統(tǒng),在生產(chǎn)制造系統(tǒng)中,各個專業(yè)間不斷交叉融洽,其界限逐漸淡化甚至消失,總目標是以滿足市場的要求作為其戰(zhàn)略決策的核心,以取得理想的技術經(jīng)濟效果,所以說掌握機械制造工藝方法和加工工藝過程以適應科技發(fā)展的需要,是一個值得探索的課題。通過本次論文撰寫,是我所學的有
