2、16,andalsotoraisetrainingefficiency,thefacultyofEnglishLanguagedepartmentofourschoolhascarriedoutthein-houseresearchingandtrainingprogram.Withregardtoproducingshortclass,ameetingconcerningthisissuehasbeenhostedbyZengYuechangattheconferenceroomatthisschool
3、.Inthebeginning,MissZengintroducedthedevelopingcourseandthesignificanceofshortclassandhowshortclassimpactsonthepracticeofEnglishlanguageteaching.Asuccessfulshortclassisbothhelpfulforconsolidatingstudents’commandofkeyknowledgeandbreakingthroughtheirlimitsf
4、orlearning.Afterwards,shepresentssuccessfulsampleshortclasses.Secondly,WuLiewen,asthetechnicaldirector,detailedtheprocessofproducingshortclass,fromselectingtopic,preparationworksinthebeginning,torecordinginthefinalstep.FacultymembersfromEnglishlanguagedep
5、artmentshowedgreatinterestintheshortclassandputforwardtheirquestionsabouthowtoproduceshortclassanddiscussedthekeystepsandspecificdesignofshortclassfordifferentgrade.Intheend,MissZengdemonstratedhershortclass“SchoolLunch”,whichearnedherapprovalfromallprese
6、ntedguestteachers.Duringthisinteraction,allfacultystafffullyexchangedideasandthoughtswitheachother,andwereactivelyinvolvedindiscussionactivity.Evenwhentheactivitywasabouttoend,participantsstillremainedactivelyinvolvedandwerebarelywillingtoleave.Thisprogra
