2、andgapoxidesemiconductorZnOhasexcellentopticalpropertiesfrombluetoultraviolet.Afterdopedwithmagneticmaterials,itexpectedtobemadeupofthemagneto-opticaldevices.Thequalityoftheseperformancesinfluencedtoalargeextentbythemethodofpreparation,post-processingtechniquesandthed
3、opedelements.Therefore,thisarticlewillexplorethechangesintheperformanceatdifferentconditions.(1)ThePreparationandCharacterizationofNano-TiO2thinfilms.Inthestudiesofnano-titaniumdioxidefilmatroomtemperature,weusetetrabutyltitanateforprecursor,nitricacidasastabilizerand
4、thecatalyst,ethanolasasolventanddispersingagent.TheTiO2thinfilmswithdifferentthicknessbetween40and340nmhadbeenpreparedviaasol-gelmethodanddippedwiththesubstrateofquartz.Weusefieldemissionscanningelectronmicroscopeandatomicforcemicroscopytogetthemorphologyofthefilm.Ana
5、lysethecrystalbyX-raydiffractionandRamanspectroscopy.Thendiscusstheluminousintensityundertheinfluenceofdifferentthicknessfilms.(2)Two-stepHydrothermalSynthesisofZnSnano-materialsandtheiropticalproperties.ZnSisadirectwidebandgapsemiconductormaterial,andhasgoodopticalpe
6、rformance.Soitwaswidelyusedindisplays,sensors,lasersandcatalyst.Inthispaperweuseanewsyntheticmethodthatisthetwo-stephydrothermalsynthesis.FromtheXRDandRamanspectrawecandrawthatthesecondstepofthereactionmaygetthesulfur-dopedZnOandZnSnano-materialswhichoxygenwaslargelyr
