1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書深孔振動鉆削裝置的設(shè)計學(xué)生姓名:學(xué)號:學(xué)院:機械工程與自動化學(xué)院專業(yè):機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化指導(dǎo)教師:2011年6月深孔振動鉆削裝置的設(shè)計摘要:由于深孔加工是在封閉或半封閉的狀況下進行,因此不能直接觀察刀具的切削情況,切削熱不易傳散,而且排屑困難,工藝系統(tǒng)剛性差,切削效果不理想,特別是0.8mm以下,長徑比大于10,IT7以上的精密深孔的加工,是目前國內(nèi)外的技術(shù)難題。本課題設(shè)計時,在對振動鉆削和DF負(fù)壓抽屑機理進行深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計深孔振動鉆削裝置,采用普通車床配用一種電磁式振動裝置,電磁式振動裝置克服了深孔加工斷屑排屑困難的問題,并且提高深孔的加工質(zhì)量及加工效率。關(guān)鍵
