1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)深孔振動(dòng)鉆削裝置的設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名:學(xué)號(hào):學(xué)院:機(jī)械工程與自動(dòng)化學(xué)院專業(yè):機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化指導(dǎo)教師:2011年6月深孔振動(dòng)鉆削裝置的設(shè)計(jì)摘要:由于深孔加工是在封閉或半封閉的狀況下進(jìn)行,因此不能直接觀察刀具的切削情況,切削熱不易傳散,而且排屑困難,工藝系統(tǒng)剛性差,切削效果不理想,特別是0.8mm以下,長(zhǎng)徑比大于10,IT7以上的精密深孔的加工,是目前國(guó)內(nèi)外的技術(shù)難題。本課題設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),在對(duì)振動(dòng)鉆削和DF負(fù)壓抽屑機(jī)理進(jìn)行深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)深孔振動(dòng)鉆削裝置,采用普通車床配用一種電磁式振動(dòng)裝置,電磁式振動(dòng)裝置克服了深孔加工斷屑
