2、臂架設(shè)法施工中不同區(qū)域的鋼桁梁安裝、鋼桁梁合龍及鋼桁梁提升等施工技術(shù)。首、次節(jié)梁段采用整體吊裝施工,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)梁段及臨時(shí)鉸處梁段采用桁片吊裝架設(shè),并在臨時(shí)鉸處設(shè)置支撐系統(tǒng)(與鋼桁梁鉸接);臨時(shí)鉸采用自然合龍,跨中鋼桁梁合龍前調(diào)整豎向高差及上、下弦合龍口縱向相對(duì)偏差(暫不安裝合龍口前端永久吊索),合龍時(shí)在橋塔處牽引鋼桁梁調(diào)整縱向偏差;單點(diǎn)提升力大于2400kN的梁段采用兩點(diǎn)提升,其余梁段均采用單點(diǎn)提升。關(guān)鍵詞:懸索橋;鋼桁梁;橋面吊機(jī);懸臂拼裝架橋;施工技術(shù);橋梁施工中圖分類號(hào):U448.25;U445.4文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:ACo
