3、ibriumsofmetalionsintheabsorbent.Precipitationwillaffecttheoperationofequipment;onotherhand,dissolutionwillaffecttheregenerationoftheby-product.Therelationshipsbetweentheexistencecharacteristicandmaximumcontentofmetalionsandtheoperafingconditionandthevariousmetalicioninterationala
4、ctionswereinvestigated.Firstofall,thesolubilityforvarioussinglemetalionindifferentconcentrationsulfuricacidliquorWastheoreticallyanalyzed,thenexperimentallydetermined,atlasttherelationsbetweenthemaximummetalionconcentrationinsulfuricacidliquorandtheoperatingconditions,theactualinp
5、utcontent,themeasuringconditionsandthepriciptationtimewereanalyzed.Theresultsfromexperimentsaboutrelationbetweenmaximummatalioncontentandoperatingconditionsshowedthatactualdosageofmetalelementinfluencedmetalioncontentinsulfuricacidsolutiongreatly.Formagnesium,aluminumandironions,t
6、heioncontentsinsolutionWereinagreement‘witlltheiractualdosage.Forlowqoncentrationsulfuricacidsolution,theactualamountofmagnesium,aluminumandironionsarelargerandmagnesian,aluminousandironioncontentsinthesolutionaregreater.For8.0%and98%sulfuricacid,theresultsarejusttheopposite.Forca
7、lciumion,whensulfuricacidconcentrationsare25%,40%,50%and80%,respectively,thedosageofaddedcalciumisgreater,andthecalciumioninsolutionissmaller.Whensulfuricacidconcentrationis80%,theactuallyaddeddosageofcalciumis1.06439/L,andthecalciumioncontentinthesolutionis0.691g/L.Differentmeasu
