1、華東理工大學碩士學位論文第I頁氣流床流場實驗研究與數值模擬摘要新型水煤漿對置式氣化爐,是國家“&63”課題之一,采用撞擊流概念,強化了爐內的混合和傳遞過程。本文在大型冷模實驗裝置上,借助于DualPDA(激光多普勒三維粒子動態(tài)分析儀)、Malvern(激光測粒儀)等大型儀器,進行了流體流動的實驗研究,進一步揭示爐內復雜的流場、壓力場和噴嘴霧化性能對氣化爐設計的影響。下面是本文的主要研究內容:I,采用PDA研究了氣化爐內流速場結構分布規(guī)律,發(fā)現(xiàn)爐內存在若干特征區(qū)域,并用數學模型來描述復雜的氣化爐內特征區(qū)域。2采用壓差傳感器研究氣化爐內壓力場結構分布規(guī)律,并用
