1、上海大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要本論文從工程實(shí)際出發(fā),以無(wú)錫雪浪初軋廠的步進(jìn)式軋鋼加熱爐為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)步進(jìn)式加熱爐的工藝特點(diǎn),提出使用變空燃比的方式,以使加熱爐獲得最佳燃燒;對(duì)加熱爐進(jìn)行爐溫優(yōu)化設(shè)定,以提高被加熱鋼坯的加熱質(zhì)量,并且對(duì)其工程實(shí)現(xiàn)方法進(jìn)行了研究。論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容有如下幾個(gè)方面:1)研究了無(wú)錫雪浪初軋廠步進(jìn)式加熱爐的工藝特點(diǎn)和燃燒情況,提出使用試探法進(jìn)行空燃比尋優(yōu),針對(duì)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)程中難于保持空氣燃料的相互跟隨關(guān)系,提出了爐溫、燃料和空氣流量交變串級(jí)變比值燃燒控制方案。2)研究加熱爐爐溫設(shè)定優(yōu)化專家控制系統(tǒng)。該專家控制系
2、統(tǒng),以加熱爐能耗最小、鋼坯出爐溫度與期望溫度之差最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),采用懲罰函數(shù)方法進(jìn)行初始爐溫優(yōu)化設(shè)定,然后利用基于專家經(jīng)驗(yàn)的爐溫優(yōu)化調(diào)整策略,對(duì)爐溫設(shè)定進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了爐溫的優(yōu)化設(shè)定,減少了加熱能耗的浪費(fèi)。3)研究了爐溫優(yōu)化設(shè)定專家控制器的開(kāi)發(fā),采用DDE(DynamicDataExchange)技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了控制器與監(jiān)控軟件的數(shù)據(jù)交換,并對(duì)工況參數(shù)進(jìn)行了集中監(jiān)視和實(shí)時(shí)控制。工程初步調(diào)試結(jié)果表明,本系統(tǒng)可以對(duì)加熱爐進(jìn)行有效的爐溫優(yōu)化設(shè)定,減少了燃耗和鋼坯燒損,實(shí)現(xiàn)加熱爐操作過(guò)程的集中監(jiān)控。關(guān)鍵詞:軋鋼加熱爐空燃比爐溫優(yōu)化
