2、用間苯三酚–HCl法觀察了內(nèi)果皮木質(zhì)化過程,測(cè)定了其發(fā)育過程中木質(zhì)素、纖維素和酚類物質(zhì)含量以及相關(guān)酶活性的變化。結(jié)果表明:兩個(gè)品種核桃硬殼木質(zhì)化始于6月初,6月中旬初步成型,7月下旬完成。從硬殼木質(zhì)化至堅(jiān)果采收,木質(zhì)素、纖維素和酚類物質(zhì)含量均呈逐漸升高趨勢(shì),但酚類物質(zhì)含量在采前略有下降,POD和PAL活性均呈下降趨勢(shì),PPO活性整體變化不大。相關(guān)分析表明,核桃硬殼分化期木質(zhì)素含量與纖維素含量極顯著正相關(guān),酚類物質(zhì)含量與木質(zhì)素含量極顯著正相關(guān),與纖維素含量顯著正相關(guān);POD活性與木質(zhì)素、纖維素、酚類物
