7、30mg/kgPtreatment.Keywords:phosphorus;arsenic;rice;arsenictranslocationfactor連娟,郭再華,賀立源.砷脅迫下磷用量對不同磷效率水稻苗生長、磷和砷吸收的影響.中國水稻科學(xué),2013,27(3):273-279.摘要:通過盆栽試驗研究了苗期砷脅迫下磷用量對磷高效水稻99011和磷低效水稻99056生長以及對P、As吸收的影響。試驗設(shè)3個磷水平(0、30、150mg/kg)和5個砷水平(0、25、50、100、200mg/kg)。結(jié)果表明,苗期施砷顯著
8、增加了兩個水稻品種地上部及地下部砷的含量,降低了兩個水稻品種的株高、分蘗數(shù)、地上部及地下部干質(zhì)量;施磷不但促進了兩個水稻品種的生長,而且還增加了根系對砷的吸收量。當(dāng)土壤砷濃度為25mg/kg和50mg/kg時,施用30mg/kg磷抑制了兩個水稻品種砷向地上部的轉(zhuǎn)移,但施用150mg/kg磷卻促進了砷向地上部的轉(zhuǎn)移。相
