3、用盆栽試驗(yàn)研究了小麥穗下節(jié)間長、株高和莖稈不同部位砷、鎘、磷含量在不同品種間的差異以及它們與小麥籽粒砷、鎘、磷含量之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示,小麥株高、穗下節(jié)間長以及莖稈不同部位砷、鎘、磷含量存在明顯的品種差異。皮爾森相關(guān)性分析結(jié)果顯示,小麥籽粒砷含量與穎殼和穗軸部位砷含量顯著正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.659(P<0.01)和0.433(P<0.05)。籽粒鎘和磷含量與株高和穗下節(jié)間長呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),其相關(guān)系數(shù):鎘分別為-0.264(P<0.05)和-0.345(P<0.01),磷分別為-0.583(P<0.01
4、)和-0.437(P<0.01)。籽粒磷含量分別與穎殼、穗軸和節(jié)間磷含量呈顯著正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.526(P<0.01)、0.430(P<0.05)和0.532(P<0.01)。籽粒砷和鎘含量與穎殼和穗軸中磷含量均存在顯著相關(guān)性。這些結(jié)果表明,穎殼和穗軸部位砷含量大小可以用來表征籽粒砷含量,選育植株較高的小麥品種有利于降低籽粒鎘的積累。關(guān)鍵詞:砷;鎘;小麥;株高;相關(guān)性中圖分類號:S512.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:1672-2043(2017)01-0008-08doi:10.11654/jaes
