2、平位移大、水平段長、井眼小易導(dǎo)致井眼清潔與潤滑問題。針對蘇里格氣田的地質(zhì)構(gòu)造、巖層特性和水平井的井身結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了研究,對石盒子泥巖地層取樣做了全巖礦物分析和黏土礦物分析,找出了影響井壁穩(wěn)定的原因。針對蘇里格地區(qū)地質(zhì)特點(diǎn)、井身結(jié)構(gòu)及保護(hù)油氣層的要求,系統(tǒng)地分析了水平氣井施工的鉆井液技術(shù)難點(diǎn),提出分地層采用不同的鉆井液體系,并對鉆井液處理方法與鉆井施工的技術(shù)措施進(jìn)行了闡述。4口高難度水平井的安全施工表明,蘇里格氣田大位移水平井鉆井液技術(shù)能滿足該地區(qū)大位移水平井施工的需要,可為高效開發(fā)蘇里格氣田鉆井施工提供支持。關(guān)鍵詞
