1、·44·天然氣工業(yè)2O13年8月蘇里格氣田水平井高效建產(chǎn)技術(shù)楊志倫趙偉蘭陳啟文董瑜張春中國(guó)石油長(zhǎng)慶油田公司第四采氣廠楊志倫等.蘇里格氣田水平井高效建產(chǎn)技術(shù).天然氣工業(yè),2013,33(8):44—48.摘要實(shí)踐證明,蘇里格氣田采用常規(guī)開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)難以實(shí)現(xiàn)高效開(kāi)發(fā)。面對(duì)這一開(kāi)發(fā)難題,近年來(lái)以開(kāi)發(fā)試驗(yàn)區(qū)為載體進(jìn)行了針對(duì)低滲透氣田的水平井高效開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)攻關(guān),在氣藏精細(xì)描述、鉆井、儲(chǔ)層改造等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)上均取得了新的突破,形成了以水平井井位優(yōu)選及部署、地質(zhì)導(dǎo)向、快速鉆井、儲(chǔ)層保護(hù)及改造等為主體的建產(chǎn)配套技術(shù),即:①逐步形成了水平井選井及部署的5種有利砂體模式、4項(xiàng)部署原則、3種部署方
2、式等3項(xiàng)成熟技術(shù);②水平井入靶及地質(zhì)導(dǎo)向形成了9項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù);③快速鉆井形成了靶前距、井身結(jié)構(gòu)、鉆頭選型、鉆具組合、鉆井參數(shù)等優(yōu)化技術(shù);④鉆井和試氣過(guò)程中形成了儲(chǔ)層保護(hù)技術(shù);⑤儲(chǔ)層改造形成了工藝優(yōu)選及其相關(guān)工藝措施系列?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明:所實(shí)施水平井全部獲得成功,平均鉆井周期為57.8d,平均砂層鉆遇率達(dá)80.4,平均無(wú)阻流量為55.6×10m。/d,開(kāi)發(fā)效果良好。水平井高效開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)的目益成熟對(duì)同類型氣田的開(kāi)發(fā)具有指導(dǎo)意義。關(guān)鍵詞鄂爾多斯盆地蘇里格氣田水平井生產(chǎn)能力選井部署快速鉆井儲(chǔ)集層改造保護(hù)D0I:10.3787/j.issn.10000976.2013.08.0
